FANTASTIC experience!

rooftop swimming pool accessible location excellent service

The rooftop swimming pool was great after a long flight. I really liked being able to walk to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Wat Arun. The walk took only 15 to 20 minutes. The staff provided excellent service and were always available to help. I will definitely come back

The hotel is close to a VERY busy street. Music plays LOUDLY from the nearby bars until late at night.

The staff stored our bags after checkout. They ALSO let us use the facilities. The reception was always helpful and friendly! They are very attentive and quick to solve ANY issue.

The room included working air conditioning. This MADE the temperature much more bearable. The room was clean and tidy. The beds were super comfy. I slept great EVERY night!

Excellent Value and Convenient Location

great location lovely pool spacious room

The location proved great for sightseeing. The pool was lovely. A shower fixture broke, staff fixed it very fast. The room was spacious. I found it an excellent value for the price.

The hotel was noisy. Music was audible late at night. I recommend bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

The rooftop pool offers a place to cool off after a day of sightseeing. It provides a good respite. The hotel also has storage facilities for luggage after check-out for late flights.

Fantastic Stay with a Minor Hiccup

friendly staff convenient location

I really enjoyed the friendly staff and the convenient location. The staff helped book a taxi, this was very nice of them. The room was comfortable. it was very clean.

The street outside could be noisy. I heard a lot of noise from the bedroom, even with the window shut. The party went on quite late.

The rooftop pool had stacks of beach towels available! Everything was well decorated and looked after. This added a lot to the overall feel of the space, I noticed.

The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants. I found it a touristy area. I liked that the bus stop for the airport was close by!

The staff responded quickly to my request. I asked for a kettle and received one right away. The lady helped book a taxi for me, I appreciated her effort.
